Decorative Tray: Recycled maple

May 21, 2012 | By | Add a Comment

This is a decorative, functional, multi-purpose, rustic elegance tray I made in my woodshop from recycled pallet wood (maple). It is 21" long and 12" wide, with a dark-stained distressed look, with many original nail holes.  The lightweight design also features gaps between the slats allow for easy water drainage and handles on either end.  I can make a custom size of you, and custom stain as well.

This tray was selected by Jill Valeri (The Welcome Home: Interior Design Solutions) to be featured in the 36 annual Baltimore Symphony Orchestra 2012 decorators' show house.
